3 Questions 3 Problems
So we have two main tvs that run off AT&T U-verse and back on Tuesday, I decided to replace my tv that had started doing some very odd wavy signal/picture and sound pulsations. It was so bad, it would make me sick and nauseous within 10 seconds. We had lost power overnight for about 5 hours. I had already bought a tv many months ago because the original had some sound issues, which resolved itself. With all that afoot, I finally just decided to replace the tv with the new one I bought.
Now comes the issues. I remember the AT&T person who installed equipment to meet with the fiberoptic upgrade, was not having a great day from the get go. This was years ago, but it still stood out. Particularly when I saw the work he done had wires tangled everywhere. So much so I didn't want to deal with straightening them out until I installed the new tv. Phone wires were intentionally wrapped around and thru tv wires and cable wires, some as many as 3 times. It took an hour just to unplug and straighten everything things. The problem was, because this ended up being a bit more involved than I thought in just unplugging and re-plugging them in, I may have lost track of where some wires were supposed to go. I am pretty sure I knew where they all went, as I have dealt with connecting and reconnecting them in the past to reset service (some with and without customer support). All wires are reconnected in some fashion. I will try and take a pic and upload it to see if anyone has any idea what could not be connected correctly.
1 - U-Verse is not connected to the main tv, but Roku is. Secondary tv is in full service.
2 - Our landline service was noticed in being out on Thursday (Tuesday is when I replaced the tv, but never checked the phones)
3 - Our main dvr is not keeping power on since the power outage.
DVR and power outage. So, I was originally brought to this forum while searching for an answer to this. If I connect the dvr, no lights are on. I noticed though, when directly connecting them, the lights flicker on for a half-second. I saw on here in another thread someone mentioning a "factory reset" and tried unplugging and plugging in three times. That came to no avail. I'm assuming the dvr is dead, correct? Is there anything I can try? At the moment, we have no way of pausing or using DVR services on the second tv (first tv, as mentioned, is not on at all).
Thank you all for your attention and time reading this.

Below the box you post in, one of the icons looks like a box with a couple mountain peaks and a sun. Hover over it and it says "Insert Image". However, many have reported they aren't able to see some of the options. Unsure if that is because of the migration of the forums and ownership or something else.
