Both wireless receivers suddenly not working
Have had 2 wireless receivers for over a year and working fine. Suddenly both lost connection. Followed instructions to re-connect to the WAP with no luck. Disconnected my DVR and it made no difference. Connections are good. My WAP says VEN501, which I assume is the brand? When I tried the reset there was no blinking green light like the ATT video said.

I double checked the connections and found the plug of the WAP was hanging out of the outlet. Problem solved.

Sounds like the WAP for the wireless receivers or the power supply is bad.

What do you do when you're having trouble with an additional receiver for a different television?

@pointerjr Your first plan of attack should always be to reboot the receiver in question.
Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.
