Certain channels not making complete recordings?
For the last week we’ve tried recording a couple of shows from Bravo, but they are not completely recording. It shows that the record is complete (like an hour episode), but within 20 minutes the recording ends and prompts to erase/watch next episode. We’ve recorded from other channels like the CW and MTV with no problems. The settings are any day, any time and to stop recording at scheduled finish time. We’ve completely cancelled the series record and re-set it but still no luck.

Exact same problem! Only on Bravo recordings. The newest recording from Bravo even stops immediately after pressing play rather than the half way point failure. Somethings up...

There are multiple posts about issues recording shows on Bravo. Some record and are fine. Some record and only play half of the recording and some don’t record at all.
No one seems to know if it’s a Bravo problem or an AT&T problem.
Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

FYI: If you do replace your DVR, you will lose all of your saved recordings.
The problem with Bravo is NOT an equipment problem.

You will never know what the problem is/was. They don't release that kind of information. And also you won't know it's fixed until it's fixed.
It's been reported through another channel (pun intended) and that's were it stands today.

Hello @Scoutsmom,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community, we can help look into what may be causing your Bravo recordings to cut off.
For our clarification, are you noticing this symptom with any of your other recordings?
You may try our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to see if there is something hardware related that may be causing the cut off in your Bravo recordings.
Access this helpful article with information and Things to Know About Missing Recordings (U-Verse TV).
Let us know if the articles above help.

Thank you for the info. I received a new(?) Cisco dvr model IPN4320...isn’t this an older model? I currently have a PACE IPH8110. Is one preferable over the other since this problem doesn’t seem to be an equipment issue? Thanks for your help

Some of my Bravo shows are showing taped but I try to play them, they jump to the finished screen. Other times, while watching a show, it stops in the middle of show and jumps to the finished screen. The show on the dvr shows the correct minutes taped but it either won’t play or stops in the middle. It’s not every Bravo show, it’s random. I’ve received a new box and had a technician came out with no answers other than it’s been reported and I’m not the only one. Management is looking into if it’s a Bravo or AT&T issue and it doesn’t just effect Bravo. Anyone have any luck fixing this issue on their own??

Not "fixable" on the consumer end. A new DVR is not going to do it nor is a call to customer service.
All we can do is cross our fingers that someone, somewhere figures out what the heck is going on.
