Dangerous AT&T Driver

I was cut off on 04-03-2017 by an AT&T Driver. He came over into my lane on 485, without a signal, and almost hit me just to squeeze in when traffic was already impossible because of the horrible weather conditions. It was poring down raining, high winds and he had absolutely no concern for other drivers on the road. After he cut me off, He then proceeds to slam on brake numerous times, then flips me off when I was finally able to get around him.  Considering he is in a company van, I would suggest him learn to control his road rage and have respect for the people traveling around him. I have a picture of his plate (which is ***, and would like to know that some sort of discipline will take place. Your drivers are representing your company, whether they are contracted or not, and should make sure they are professional at ALL times. I don't normally contact a company for reckless driving, but this was unnerving and I felt that something should be said.  Thank you, I expect to hear back soon.

Did you get a video of the incident?  Were there other witnesses, perhaps a passenger in the car?  Otherwise it's your word against his (not in his defense...just looking at it from a legal standpoint).  You know...the old "he said/she said" situation.

You should have called the police and file a police report.  I live in  Atlanta if I complained about everyone who cuts me off I would not have time to do anything else but complain.  Also you did not give information on which city you are in.  My suggestion is to forget it and get on with you life.

While driving on the 241 toll road north out of Anaheim on October 5 around 5:30 pm traffic was heavy. There was a commercial work vehicle in front of me by accident I bumped these individuals with the front of my license plate housing causing no damage to either vehicle. Not as far as they were concerned they jumped out of their work truck and approached, threatened called me every name in the book and then continued to tell me to pull over as I passed them on the right the vehicle kept pointing ahead both of them speaking to me like they are gang afflicted or just got out of the jail. Being that by trade I am a building official and a member of the International Code Council. These are supposed to be professionals and should act appropriately not in this case and it speaks volumes about the company they work for whom hired two thugs of the streets. If they come to your residence do not let them out of your sight or better yet tell them to leave immediately they are dangerous individuals in my opinion. There should be road rage laws on the books in CA.  Criminals disguised as professionals how nice. [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]

was crossing at a 4 way stop with my puppy  when an ATT DUMMY came out of nowhere and passed within inches behind me just after leaving the sidewalk then raised his middle finger as if I was in his way. I recognized the guy as a neighbor and not a good one who  has tried to start fights and uses foul language towards his mother and neighbors. I think he's trying to do harm to me and my family because this isn't the first time. a couple years ago we busted his pot growing operation and since he's been a real clown. today though was the topper and 4 other vehicles witnessed his aggressive use of the ATT Vehicle towards a pedestrian.. this is a placentia resident and he works in placentia. we don't know his name but we do have a pic of his vehicle and would love to talk with someone from ATT regarding this dangerous behavior. why does ATT let their techs take home vehicles just to leave them parked for 3-4 days on public streets infront of others homes ? why don't they drug test these people and see whats up ? we have witnessed this guy buying drugs from street dealers and he brings them into our neighborhood during day and evening hours.

its now obvious that ATT doesn't care about their drug toting employees driving while texting and spending less than 2 hours per work day actually at work and then spending the rest of the time at home getting stoned. we have been physically threatened and  autos vandalized by this employee for over 3 years then one day all my phones and emails were pornography related and when we investigated to find sender it came back to unknown but ATT had a huge smirk on his face. Just glad my daughters didn't get this on their devices
