DVR - won't record series

I am trying to record a series and every time I set it up it only records one episode I don't know if there is a certain amount of one show you can have or what so I guess I just want to know if there is something I'm not doing

THere have been some problems on this. I have seen some myself.

Post your zip code & the specific show.

This att member has been able to get it fixed in the past - @Fox Mulder

Specific show includes time & channel. Daily or weekly.

 can you remote log in DVR? can you unassign user definition application from DVR?

when you add DVR to your router, you would go thru 192.168.1.254 to assign user defined application and portforward for DVR so you can use your notebook to remote log in your DVR.

I just want to confirm whether it is your case or not what I thought.

I wonder is it security DVR(cameras)?

I am able to set up series and single episode recordings. Are you still having the same issue?
