Help button no longer works for me
The blue help button. I press it and the light on the receiver flashes and nothing else happens.
I press "menu" on the remote, go down to the help menu and then...none of the tiles under "information" work. The "account manager" tile works.
Other buttons on the remote work fine. It's not the remote.
