I have took off work and waited on the att technician to install my service 2x and they have not shw

Plesse helpe att keeps serving me appointments up and then rescheduling after I've already token off work and been waiting for over 6 hours in 2 occassions now.when I call up customer service keeps telling me i rescheduled when in fact I have not!!. This is not a good way to start business 2x now I know stuff comes up but why blame it on me I been waiting 3 weeks to have TV and internet something needs ti be done. I'm still without services

ATT is laying off technicians left and right to save money.  Last time I asked one in my area they are 3 weeks behind, forced working 6 days and are in zombie mode never seeing their family.  I’ve even seen online where a tech in the Carolinas  was in a bad traffic accident last weekend.  They are trying.
