No Signal on TV without box

A month ago I switched to AT&T and we constantly have to reboot our receivers. Now all of a sudden the only TV we have without a box will not get any stations even though it worked this morning. I don't know what is up with AT&T but I hope it gets fixed quick or I will be looking for another carrier again.

Has nothing to do w/ATT if it's not connected to it.  Sounds like it has an antenna to bring in channels, did it get disconnected?  Or if a powered antenna, did it get unplugged? Smiley Surprised

This TV has the co ax cable running directly from the TV into the wall jack. There is no antenna and I've always been able to pick up channels even since joining AT&T. Funny that all this happened when all 3 of my DVR`s went down this evening. I was finally able to get the DVR's back online but not this TV. As I said earlier, it was working fine with no issues.

I'd agree w/ @my thoughts  that cable was still hooked up and they finally disconnected it. Smiley Surprised

Simply put:  If you DID NOT have a box, you were NOT receiving Uverse.  As stated, each TV MUST HAVE A BOX.  I don't know what you were seeing but it wasn't Uverse!

Don't mess with old people.  The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.
