Not giving options

I recently added TV service to my internet account. After placing my order, I realized I had options not given to me over my chat session that could have saved me quite a bit of money. Not very happy about this. Should be given ALL options no matter how you sign up for services.

I did not know there was a $49 charge for an extra receiver. When I was going to order online, it didn't say anything about the one time fee.  I would have opted for the wired receiver to save money.
