Series record NBA teams

I'm currently having issues with a series recording for my local nba team (Golden State Warriors) on CSNBayArea. With the listing now labeled NBA: Warriors at "Next Opponent" there is no way now to schedule a series recording as the series pass is looking for the current game that the series was set up for.

Any help? Thanks

Series Record records multiple shows with the same exact title, subject to the other limitations you put on it (channel, first run vs repeats, day of week, time of day).   So if the show on which you do a serires record is "NBA Basketball" (an oxymoron, by the way: they don't play basketball in the NBA), you're going to get any two teams that meet on that channel within your time  restrictions.  If the title were "NBA: Timberwolves vs Hornets" then you'd only get games where the Timerwolves were visiting the Hornets (rather specific).

You have to set them up manually as I've been doing for years as the Series Record will not work.

I go 7-10 days ahead and just check the channels I know the games will be on.  Currently folowing Detroit Lions, Red Wings and Pistons.

Series Record works great for Nascar Sprint Cup/Nationwide/Camping World Truck Racing though has to be set up on all the possible channels the races will appear on. 😉
