$10 credit

Has anyone received there $10 credit for the missing local channels I submitted a request for a credit and have not received one yet.

@Bob60 Just be patient you do not get it right away.  I got mine about a month after filling out the info for it.  Then it will be refunded back to how you pay so if you pay with a credit card you will see the credit on your credit card statement.  If you pay with a bank card then you should see the refund credited back in the way of a deposit.

You can actually call in and speak with the loyalty dept and tell them to apply it

Also check for loyalty promos to lower your bill. Always speak with the loyalty dept

Certainly give Nexstar your feedback, but understand they will not credit your bill.

The "loyalty" department is retention/cancellation. So "always" speaking with them just unnecessarily increases any wait times. You should speak to them as needed. They are not there to throw discounts at you all the time. Certainly ask if anything is available (regardless who you speak with), but be prepared there might not be anything. If needed, reduce your package to what is comfortable.

If that or logging into your account does not provide you an option for the one-time courtesy credit of $10, then calling DirecTV is your option. There is no email option.
