Guide data missing, To Be Announced for everything just a few hours in the future
See subject. Anybody else having this issue? I can fix it by doing a Factory Reset, but then it happens again after a few hours.

I have two boxes, the older Osprey one, and the newer gemini stick, both have the problem. To clarify, I found that the Grid guide does have the shows, but when on the guide I click on the channel name itself, so that it shows a vertical listing of the upcoming shows just for that channel, I go forward more than one day or so and it's all To Be Announced. If I do a Factory Reset, it fixes the issue for a few hours then the issue happens again.

Clear cache for the DTV Stream app on your device. If you have a Dtv Gemini go into settings....system...apps...see all apps ...show system apps ...directv and clear the cache

Don’t know if this is bothersome to others but here goes…Initially, years ago, when Directv gave you a free trial of their information guide, to hook you into paying for it, the guide offered more information. For example, there were photos of the actors who were listed as cast, include their dates of birth and death. Seems they stopped updating this years ago. Also, it would include their characters cast name. This was very good for figuring out who was who when you weren’t familiar with the show or movie. Lastly, just recently noticed there are no longer photos and everyone is just listed as actor. Just had to get this off my chest because I feel I’m paying for something and not getting full value. Now I have to resort to googling everything. Annoying!

There is info on the cast etc. I can see it when I go to "more info" then "view series" on each show

When I go to more info I just Cast & Crew which only gives Actors names and description as Actor.
