Why is Direct Stream suddenly dropping Jacksonville local channels for Orlando. Not useful to watching in Jacksonville market. Bait and switch

I checked with my Zip cade pier email from Direct Stream and it indicates Only Orlando stations after 23 Mar. I'm in the JAX area and currently get both JAX and Orlando stations

Hi @Batsage , we want you to help checking the availability of the Jacksonville Local Channels for Orlando. Can you please share your Zip Code with us, in that way, we can confirm your current local channels.

@Batsage, thank you for sharing your ZIP Code. 

Just to make sure, are you using a DIRECTV STREAM Device? 

If so, please try the following steps: 

1. Turn location services off (on the remote press home button>Settings>System>General>Location> If location settings are on- change the location settings to off) **Locations services are to remain off** 
2. Log out of the DIRECTV Stream Device (on the remote press home button>Settings>Account>Log Out) 
3. Reset the DIRECTV Stream Device (On the left side of the AT&T TV Device press and release the red button) 
4. Log back into the DIRECTV Stream Device

Please let us know how it goes.

OK I'll try this next week when Direct Stream threatens to change local channels
