Sports package

I signed up last week, I have Choice Pkg

I tried signing up for the sports package it's nowhere to be found on there website.

Go to your account on DIRECTV.com, click on manage my TV Package, and then scroll down to Add-Ons. A box should display an order button and a link.

I checked under manage my tv package and it doesn't show up.

I have had the same issue for 2 weeks.  Support is baffled.  Are you in a connected community?  They think that is part of my issue.

Yes, they have just added the sports package which I have. It is $14.99 a month.  Just to give you heads up I am a huge sports fan and I am annoyed by the fact that most of the sports channels are blacked out when I go to watch them.  If you are looking to just get it for the Red Zone/NFL channel then it might be worth it to you. But they are not adding the NFL Channel until at least July 17th and they will be adding the Red Zone sometime in the future but I forgot the expected date.  But you will not need to have the sports package to get the NFL network if you have the choice package or higher it will be added to those packages' channel lineups.  If you are not seeing it on your manage my add ons then try reaching out on Twitter (Directv is responsive there) or contact customer service and they should be able to help you.

For DIRECTV Via Internet/DIRECTV STREAM customers, we have the Sports Pack available for all our packages in the market. Therefore, there are some differences between some packages. For the ENTERTAINMENT package, which is our basic, we have 20 channels obtainable. The Regional Sports Network is not included to see local games. However, from the CHOICE package and above, we do offer 40 sports channels, and the Regional Sports Network is available to see Local networks to enjoy all the games you want to the fullest. Our current price for the Sports Pack is $14.99 per month. My profile and I am guessing the OP's does not have a sports tab.  After 10 days, 3 message boards, 2 pm conversations and at least 12 phone calls we are no closer to finding out why.

When you log in to acct. go to manage packages. Then scroll down to add ons. You will see premiums, special offers you will have to slide screen to left to see additional add ons.

Need to add ESPN College Extra to the sports pack.
