Using the DirectvStream app

I have been using the app for several months. Just in the last 2 days when I turn in the tv and go to the DirectvStream app nothing happens. I wind up deleting the app, then reinstalling it to make it work. I had to do that a little while ago, opened the app, and it’s working fine now. Seems to happen after I have been out of the app for a few hours.

What streaming device? What do you

mean by ‘nothing happens?’ Does the app crash, not launch at all, show a gray screen, etc?

Roku Ultra. The app doesn’t respond when I click on it. Doesn’t launch at all.

Somebody else reported a similar issue with the DirecTV Stream on their Roku Ultra recently. But I have a Roku Ultra and it's working fine. Puzzling.
