Why did I suddenly lose NBC on March 16, 2025?

Mid afternoon Central Daylight Time in the USA I watched part of the golf on NBC until they went too a weather delay. In the midst of that delay I got the blank screen with the message on it "There's a problem with this channel". I have continued to get that on every thing I have that runs DirecTV stream.

If you are using KSDK in STL, see below:

Statement from KSDK:

"The storms that moved through the area Friday damaged KSDK’s transmitter in south St. Louis County, affecting the station's over-the-air signal. Crews are making emergency repairs, which may impact viewers who receive our signal with an antenna or through DirecTV."

It seems in trying not to get toooo long I missed some that could help others help me.

I am a stream customer and use it on a cell phone with the Android OS and several TVs with Koku boxes attached to them.

I have heard of DM but have had no reason to use them.  How do I get at what is being sent?

That would be a Direct Message (DM). It is a private user to user chat in the forum. When you receive a message from an official forum employee you will have a new option in the upper right (when you're logged in). Will look like a speech/text box or bubble. You do get an email when a new DM is available but the message itself is in th forum.

Just make sure to respond rather soon as they can time out.
