Channels 356(MSNBC) and 256(TCMHD) do not come in. All other channels are working. Also, the 771-Signal loss pops up a lot on all channels blocking the bottom 1/3 of the screen. There is no 771 problem because all but two channels are working just fine. We have refreshed the server but it didn’t help.

771 is most likely a dish alignment problem there are videos on youtube if you want to try it yourself otherwise you have to call and wait until a CSR can setup a tech visit.

It seems that all channels other than two would not be coming clear if it were a dish alignment problem, but they are coming in clear.

The dish receives all 3 sats but if not aligned correctly then it cause the 771.
