Half of my channels are getting error 771 and there are no disconnected cables or debris on top of my satellite. I reboot my receiver, and the problem continues! What is even more disturbing is I cannot talk to a person directly. It takes more than a hour to talk to someone and that is unacceptable to me!!

The way I see it, if I don't hear from a Directv representative within the next 48 hours through this AT&T Community Forum, I am terminating my contract with Directv for negligence!

You own the dish so there are videos on youtube if you want to try to align it yourself otherwise the only way to get a tech call setup is to call and wait until a CSR can get to you.

COVID-19 has closed call centers and the remaining ones are understaffed.

This is a customer to customer forum nobody will call you.
