775 code

I spent 3.5 hours on hold this morning with not a soul answering I have a 775 code and have done all the troubleshooting I can

Since you've tried basic troubleshooting, please use our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to run diagnostics on your service to try to pinpoint and find a solution to the cause of the error code. You'll want to sign in first so that the steps will be specific to your service.

also getting 775 code in rv...cant get any help! tested cable, dish, receiver, connections! using a receiver H25 that weve always used. we want our usual local channels so not interested in change of address. just wont connect in rv. have done all the troubleshooting steps! need a rv tech support! please! ready to change to Dish if we cant get this resolved. been usingDirect for years. help !

The H25 will only work with an SWM system, and your RV does not have one. What dish do you have?
