What are the models of your boxes?
Are they all not working and with the same error?
That message is cannot detect SWM. Do you have a small box on the setup labeled SWM? It should have a light that is steady green, if it is blinking or completely out then unplug power for a minute, verify any coax is finger tight, and plug back in. Verify nothing is plugged into a "smart" power strip as that doesn't work well with DirecTV equipment.
With unplugging power from all your DirecTV boxes for a minute, make sure to plug back in only one-at-a-time in a particular order (only what you have of course): Genie > Wireless Video Bridge (WVB) > Mini Genie Client > HDDVR > HD non-DVR.
After checking SWM and power cycle in that order and still not working, then the storm damaged more of the system then can be self resolved. You then call DirecTV to schedule a service call.
