I know how important it is to be able to have your local channels working @Kcullinane, let's do our best to work with you on finding out what is happening.
Are you experiencing any kind of error message for us to be able to assist with troubleshooting when you go to your ABC, NBC, or CBS channels? If there is a specific error message you would likely be able to get assistance using our online support tools to work on resolving your service issue.
Were these your local channels, or were these the national channels in the 390 range of channels? Due to recent changes, DIRECTV had to remove these channels from customer's accounts when locals were available in their area.
I have checked our current outage Dashboard for any outages that match your reported issue. We are not aware of any at this time.
We definitely want to be of assistance in getting your services working once again @Kcullinane. Please let us know if the online tools did not assist and we would be happy to assist further. In the meantime, we have some great streaming tools that may assist in watching your content by downloading the DIRECTV app which may include local channels while in the house. I know it isn't as good as watching on the TV, but it helps in a pinch.

What do you mean "not working"? (symptoms, error message, etc.)
What zip code and county?
Channel numbers?
Model of boxes?
Does each box have the issue or just certain ones?
Any troubleshooting tried already?
