anime Vod
anime VOD channel quit receiving updates about a month ago. Now there are no titles listed, when I contacted the anime network they provided the following response.

Should we contact Directv ourselves?
You certainly can do that, please tell them that AN has sent the content, but it hasn’t been uploaded on their side. Please let me know how they respond.

The anime network assures me they have uploaded their new episodes, 3 of the episodes can be found with the search function. The anime network 1889 is now not available and does not appear on the channel list.

Just a note to inform DTV that user @gwhelan is not alone in experiencing this outage.
Anime Network content stopped arriving normally with the update scheduled for October 5.
I have confirmed that all symptoms reported by @gwhelan are happening to me as well.
Ordinarily, I report incidents of missing content to Anime Network user forums, who are pretty good at resolving issues. However, even with weekly reporting of the missing content, the only progress made has been the sporadic loading of some content - and that content is hidden, as in it takes a general search to find it because it is not listed on the channel 1889 page.
The next scheduled content load is tomorrow, Nov. 9.
Hardware: HR44-200 with Gemini, connected to satellite and home wi-fi internet.
Please advise.

Another Thursday and still no channel or content for 1889 Anime. What are you doing to fix this DirecTv? Multiple sources have stated that Anime Network has sent the content to you. When is this getting resolved?

What works fine? 1889 doesn't even show up in the channel list and if you do select 1889 it says it's not available.

Anime channel 1889 showed up yesterday11/15/23. However no new content displayed this morning, usually new content shows up on Thursdays. Progress!
