Bad contract, 1/2 text shown.

Why are we forced to keep, and pay for this service.  I’d like out of this bad service.  I left Spectrum.

Can they force you to fulfill a contract for a broken system?

You can cancel at anytime subject to the ETF/ECF but maybe we can help you get this fixed if you post what problems you are having.

Quality of service has no affect on your service agreement. However, if you are having a technical issue then perhaps other users could find a solution or give guidance on where to go from here. Something to try before reaching out to technical support.
