@Bawell what error code? 727? And does this happen on all your receivers or only one?
If so, give the receiver a red button reset (front where it says ‘PRESS’ or on the side where the access card is). If you still see 727, go online to DIRECTV.com/refresh and do it there.
To refresh the proper receiver, identify the boxes that have 727 and then get their Receiver ID and access card. This can be found by tuning to a channel that you don’t currently receive and at the bottom left there should be that info. Once you have clicked ‘Refresh receiver’ wait five minutes and you should be up and running.

@Bawell
Since others are watching the channel without issue, please provide specifics to your problem.
Model of boxes?
Happens on each one?
Full description of issue (symptoms, error messages, etc.)
Have you tried any troubleshooting at all? (such as a red button reset)
Any other issues?
