I have had a slow down seeing the current guide on my Samsung Plasma PN50A650T1F and the Samsung Blue Ray BD-3600A that runs through the Samsung HT-AS730S 7.1 Amplifier.  Recently, within the last three-four months, my guide and remote button selections seem to have slowed down dramatically.  I reset the TV and HR 21-100, changed the batteries in the remote and the guide and button selections are slower than they use to be.

Will the new guide rolling out to my area on 21 Dec fix that and speed up the display as shown on your troubleshooting video I saw this morning?

BTW, I have a LAN direct connection to the HR 21-100 as well as to the Blue Ray player so that should not be an issue...

The link to the latest schedule is provided in post #2.  If your city is not shown, then it's not yet schedule.

That list has changed, I noticed that Los Angeles and New York have been added for the 20th.

this is a copy ot the letter i just sent direct tv, I called twice to no avail.

PLease  change the colors on the new menus & guide - list. The current one is causing physical harm to me by causing miagraines. It is the choice of colors white on black with blue highlights & the fonts used. It is horrible , I can't even look at the screen for more than a few secondsbefore it triggers migraines every day since its start few days ago. I know I am not the only one, you need only look at your own forums online to see that. Please either change back to matted colors like we had before or give viewer a choice to change it on your screens. We have 8 hd dvrs & different hd tvs ranging from 20 inches to 60 inches & it is an issue on all of fhem. This new menu system is causing harm to anyone with any type of eye issues or migraines, epilepsy, catracts, etc. It is not a question of getting used to it, rather a question of getting you Direct Tv to recognize the harm that it is causing & correct  it. I suggest that the designers get some eye doctors &neurologists in to consult.
