Can’t watch on demand from non-DVR receiver....
I’m trying to watch an on demand from one of my whole home receivers but not the dvr. I setup the recording on the main dvr. I can find the program on the other receivers but when I try to play there is a red circle with a line thru it beside it and no play option. I’ve tried everything. The receiver I’m trying to view from is an HD receiver and I can watch all my regular recordings from it. I’ve verified internet connectivity. Help appreciated.

What is the model of the DVR the On Demand was downloaded/recorded on?
Model of box you are trying to watch from?
Has the program finished downloading/recording to the DVR before you tried to watch it?

I would first make sure the coax is finger tight into both boxes. Do a red button reset on the DVR. Only when that has completed do the same on the H25. Hopefully this clears any communication issue. If the issue was with the recording itself, then you may need to download it again if it only clears the issue going forward.
