Capture show from beginning

Just had a Genie 2 installed for 7 TV’s. With the old receiver, I could playback to the beginning even if it was not recorded. Now it seems it just starts from where it is whenever I turn on the tv with no way to “rewind” to the start. Why the change? Did I lose this option with the Genie 2?

Is it connected to your internet, that feature requires the receiver to be connected to the internet.

@nabukl I checked and it said it was connected, but I did the speed test to make sure. I'll see if it gets better. Thanks.

It takes 24 to 48 hours to download all the On Demand content.

I've done the speed test a few times. At first, it appeared to work, but when I tried again this morning, it didn't work even after running the test. I had the Genie 2 installed last week, so it had time to download everything. My issue is with a live TV rewind.
