Channel 360 Fox News

I want to know why Fox News channel 360 is the only channel that is constantly not working properly. It comes up with a message that the channel signal is not working, “do you still want to watch?”

This is very annoying and I would like to get an answer.

Have you called about the problem?

What troubleshooting (if any) have you done?

Is this the only issue you're having?

Model of boxes?

Issue on each one?

What is the full error message?

Run a signal test and post the results so we can see if anything stands out.

Since many others watch the channel without issue, then the issue is somewhere with your setup. If you just want to know why, then many answers could be given and you just go about your day. But if you want to resolve the problem then more must be done.

I did call and they said it was the stations issue and not direct tv.

If the issue is with the station and not DirecTV, well then you already have your answer. The problem occurs before DirecTV gets it which is why it doesn't affect other channels.

Doubtful the station is going to have their internal IT sit down with you and walk you through the issue, so what more "why" are you looking for?

Do you have DIRECTV STREAM or DIRECTV SATELLITE? If it were a station issue and the channel in question was a national channel, every DIRECTV customer would have an issue with this channel, so that seems doubtful

We have this same problem. Pixelation. We have direct tv satellite. So more people might have this that haven’t found this site.
