Channel 565
I have the ultimate package and we were getting channel 565 . Now we are not. How do I get that channel back? According to the channel lineup I’m not supposed to have it but the most basic line up has it. This does not make sense to ne.

Hallmark Movies and Mysteries (565) is a special channel.
Originally it was only available in the Movies Extra Pack (formally called the HD Extra Pack when it was to showcase HD in the early days).
As of a couple years ago it is now in Select, Entertainment, Preferred Xtra (grandfathered) and Premier. So Family, Choice, Xtra, and Ultimate do not have it.
DirecTV just did a free preview of the Movies Extra Pack. Since that has ended, the channel is no longer available. If you recorded anything from the satellite channel (not the On Demand library), those programs should still be available.
