Can you not access the channels at all, or are you getting an error message?

Is it only channels under 200 you have issues with?
The 100s are PPVs, and below that would be local channels depending on what DirecTV has for your area. Check www.directv.com/locals to verify what you should be getting.
I would see if you have a favorites list setup. If so, check the locals and PPV channels and see if they are unchecked (hidden). If so then just check accordingly to show them.

Are you getting a blank screen?
Are you saying that there are no channels lower than 200?
