Do you have to have internet to watch the 100 channels?

No, internet is only needed for On Demand, start from the beginning and paying for PPV with the remote.

No as the 100s (DirecTV Cinema/PPV) are from the satellite.
Only On Demand channels are from internet in the 1000s. SyFy 244 (satellite) has SyFy 1244 (On Demand). All On Demand PPVs (Cine) will show as 1100.
