Cneed to bring up standard tv and HDTV on my tv set

When I view GSN (channel 233) on my room's tv, the picture breaks up. This doesn't happen with other channels or other TVs. I've been told that I need to bring up both standard tv and HDTV to solve the problem. Exactly (as in "step-by-step") do I do this? Thanks.

Menu > Settings > Display > Preferences > Guide HD Channels.

There are 3 options; Hide SD Duplicates, Hide HD Channels, Show All Channels. If you ever have bad enough weather or a technical issue that affects the HD broadcast, this gives you an option to switch to the SD version of the channel. Also helps some people who still have a older non-SD TV (like myself on a lower use room).
