Like other providers, DirecTV get their guide info (including the show time) from a 3rd party. Either the 3rd party has an error or there is a mistake with the info reported from the network to the 3rd party guide maker.
This is a public forum of other customers so we can fix it, and neither can customer support as is out of their realm. You could try contacting the network so they can verify the info they are reporting is correct. But if it is just a show or two off in the guide it may not be a priority.
