code 14-215
I keep getting diagnostic code 14-215. Have reset it numerous times but keep getting the same code. I searched the site and nothing comes up. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Diagnostic code 14 is an Internal Storage Error. This means a problem with the hard drive, usually means it just went out on you. Call DirecTV and request a warranty replacement which is $19.95 delivery (or covered if you are paying for the equipment protection plan).
Be aware that agents usually will try to get you to upgrade. Sometimes it can be a good option to consider, but other times the agents might go overboard with what is not good for your personal setup. Experienced customers can give some guidance to compare. What are the models of each box you have and which one is the problem one?
