The Marquee network is included if you are in Choice or above and it is in-market. Since it is a Regional Sport Network (RSN), professional games are not available for those out of market. The MLB Extra Innings is for the out of market games (in-season only).

However, I can see every other televised baseball game on RSNs from New York to Los Angeles. ONLY the Cubs Marquee is not available. Something seems fishy.

If you check the tool I linked it will confirm if in-market or not.
Now if in-market and a game is blacked out, check your local channels. Occasionally they get rights to a game. So local takes precedent over regional when that happens.

Just a follow-up. If game is in-market, not on a local, but still blacked out on the RSN then it may be an authorization error. You can refresh service authorizations www.directv.com/refresh to see if that fixes the issue. I would suggest doing a red button reset on your boxes as well just in case.

I'll add this. ... and then I'll get off this merry-go-round.
I know Marquee is an RSN. OMG....
I live in Kansas City and I pay roughly $250 a month. For many years, I've been able to watch the Yankees on YES, the Mets on SNY, the Red Sox on NESN, the Rays, Marlins, Rangers, Astros, Rockies, Orioles, Giants, Dodgers, etc..etc...etc... on their respective RSNs.
The ONLY team I cannot get their RSN is the Cubs on Marquee. Whether that is because Directv allowed the Cubs to write in their contract that Marquee is only to be shown in Chicago (which seems that a bad business decision) or Directv has a programming problem.... I don't know.
I'm out of here. Sorry to bother you.

DirecTV has no control on where Marquee or any other RSN may be shown. The markets are set by the leagues and their respective teams. TV providers (DirecTV and others) may only follow those rules.
So MLB and the Cubs/Marquee network are the ones saying you are not in-market. They are the ones that make that determination, not the TV providers.
It was not obvious you knew how RSNs worked as you simply complained, wondering why you were not getting it. So answers were given on how they work plus how to check if in-market or not, as well as something to try if you may have been experiencing an error.
You weren't bothering me. You asked a question and I tried to provide you the answer. Though you may not like the response, it was provided honestly and factually with the intent to help.
So check the RSN lookup to see if you are out-of-market (so will never get the channel unless you move). But if in-market then either on a local channel (even if not provided by DirecTV itself) or there is a authorization error in which case follow the steps suggested to fix.
