directv app on the kindle fire HD 8 tablet
I can watch the directv app on my older kindle devices but when I try to download the app on my new kindle fire HD 8 tablet I am told this device isn't compatible or the app is currently unavailable. Why can't I get this app and is there a way I can watch directv on my new tablet?

The only Kindle that supports the DTV app is the one that runs Android.

We actually have the app on 2 other kindle tablets. I think it is the kindle fire 7 tablet

Then you have been lucky as the DTV app is not made to run on Kindles.
