Directv dropped my sports?

The only reason I have Directv Ultimate is for the sports.  I watched almost every Thunder game last year using Directv either directly or by using as a provider log in.  However, the first game this year against San Antonio is blacked out and I cannot watch it.  Why would you black out a game that is played away from home and not televised locally? I will no longer need Directv is this is the sitaution for 2020

DirecTV does not control sports blackouts. Regardless of TV provider, it is the leagues (NFL, NBA, etc.) that determine the blackout rules. The providers simply follow them.

Depends on the game and your market if it is on a local, a Regional Sports Network (RSN), an out of market subscription (Sunday Ticket, League Pass, etc.), or if where you live you are close enough to have to be there in person (an older rule that doesn't apply as much).

So what is your zip code/county and which Fox Sports channel are you talking about?

I don't know, but Fox Sports I don't believe is owned by Tegna. Directv guide says blacked out in this area, which I've never seen, but they're watching in on DirecTV in Tulsa. The game is in San Antonio at the AT&T Center.

I didn't see anyway to reply to Juniper. My zip code is 73118, Thunder games have never been blacked out on Fox Sports Oklahoma or Fox Sports SW in my experience.... and I watch most of them.  All of the media that claims the game could be seen was wrong, it couldn't in OKC.  Tulsa friends, 74102 etc were watching it.  The game was in San Antonio and broadcast on FoxSports SW.  Normal, using my DirecTV account I can stream on FoxSportsGo... I could not this time.  On my TV when a game is blacked out, it locates and shows another network where you can watch it.... it could not find one.  It was very odd indeed.  There has been no announcements of any changes from the Networks or from DirecTV, but if I'm not going to be able to watch them this way, I'll have to find someone who can show them. I see no reasoning for blacking out a pre season game with no audience.
