Directv iPad app won’t play downloaded shows
I have been trying to watch shows I’ve downloaded to my iPad from the DVR. The player opens, but it never plays anything. No errors, no nothing. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, I’ve reset my receiver and Genie, reset my wifi. Still nothing.

After I posted this, I realized there was an iOS update I hadn't applied, so I installed it. After that, the player starts to load the downloaded show, but on some shows, I get error 2100. Others appear to be fine. Any thoughts about that?

Can you please let us know what iOS version you're currently on?
Also, what shows are you getting the 2100 error on?
Please let us know so we can better troubleshoot.

I'm on 13.2.2. My iPad is an iPad Air 2.
Shows I've gotten the error on are Once Upon a Holiday and A Dream of Christmas thus far.

Thanks for providing that additional information.
Please try to delete the shows your have downloaded and then try to download them again.
Since you updated to a new iOS version, this will normally resolve most issues with the APP.

I've done this multiple times since updating to 13.2.2. Same problem on same shows. Others are playing fine and no rhyme or reason as to why.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times as well. Most recently, I uninstalled, reinstalled the app, as well as reset my Genie. No change on those shows that give the 2100 network error.
