Directv on Kindle Fire.
How long does take you to fix the bug "@2131298348" that pops up whenever you try to watch DTV on Kindle, 8 years? You have been saying the bug is a known issue, for several years now. I hate when technical support takes me for an (Edited per community guidelines). You are the experts, yet you are unable to fix the problem.

We cannot fix a bug. This is a public forum of other customers, not official support.
Unless you have a Kindle with an Android OS, then Kindle doesn't show as being supported in the first place. If it used to be then support has since been dropped (assuming their info page is up to date).

DIRECTV isn't compatible with Kindle unless it has Android OS. The DIRECTV App can be downloaded free onto the following devices to watch your favorite entertainment.
