dIRECTV outage
thought I had a workaround use ESPN plus. But ESPN Disney does not recognize DIRECTV as a cable provider right now so no cable provider no college football. It is a no go way to watch football. Do not go that direction.

A. DTV is not a cable company.
B.That is correct as Disney removed all the providers (DTV) permissions when they removed the channels. You need to pony up the $11 from a one month subscription to ESPN+ or if you have a non DTV subscription to another provider.

That doesn’t matter I found a workaround cancel DIRECTV and went with Hulu live for $79 a month now I’m catching up on my football games. They’ve lost another customer.

Until Hulu has the same thing happens to them with any content provider and they raise their rates also.

there are the Disney umbrellas, so at least I’ll get through the season. Figure it out from there.

Wonder who next Disney will go after to raise rates and do this all over again. Certainly respect anyone going with the TV provider that works best for them. I just see a giant mouse with marionette strings on all their viewers while they push for TV providers (not just DirecTV, DirecTV via Internet, or DIRECTV STREAM) to pay them more and more.
I just hope Disney fans take note of anything that might parallel little bits of Pleasure Island in Pinocchio. Just some food for thought.

The same people that go with Hulu seem to get aggravated when they can't find their favorite pro sports teams on the RSNs.
