DIRECTV2PC for PS3?
I noticed today for the first time, that my DirecTV HD DVR shows up as a media server on my PS3. Of course, while it can see the things that are recorded, it cannot play back the content. I understand that the Windows based software is required for this at this time. My question is really about whether you guys will plan on bringing this capability to the PS3. I only have Linux and Mac PC's in my home, so I cannot use the DIRECTV2PC software anyway, and my PS3 is connected to a surround sound system and HDTV in my office, and that would be the best option for me for playing any content off the DVR as well.
I know there seems to be a lot of other forums where people have asked about this same thing, so there seems to be some demand. I for one, would love that capability as it would be the most useful for me. So, I guess this is my "feature request" for bringing this to the PS3.
