As long as your current DVR is not replaced, yes.

Set up a move order, then you take all your receivers, remotes and power bricks to the new home.

i do this every year i spend 6 months north 6 months south bring my dvr never have a problem

Recordings are physically on the HDDVR. So as long as not replaced, you still have your recordings. They are not tied to your address.
