That's not good enough. Roofers don't know how to do this. Most likely your dish is not properly aimed or connected. Call DirecTV for a service visit ... 1 800 531 5000

775 means that the dish is not getting power. Check that the cables are properly connected. Who re-aimed the dish after it was taken down?

One of the roofers took a mental note ah when he took it down and aimed it in the same general direction.
