Error message DirecTV
My main TV works fine. But the 2 mini genie boxes upstairs don't work properly. I've unplugged, reset, followed all the trouble shooting. I'll be watching something and then after a few minutes it goes to another screen saying it's searching for network. An orange light will show blinking on the box. Sometimes it will pop back on for a few minutes (sometimes second) and then go back to searching. Then I get annoyed and shut it off. Please advise

Main Genie DVR model number?
Mini Genie model numbers?
Are the Mini Genies wireless or wired? How far from main Genie DVR?

Are the upstairs Mini's Wired or WIRED? --Sounds like maybe you have a HS-17 in the Basement. and the Wireless bride (built in) is too far away.
