Fake 99 cent movies
How is Direct TV in business? There have got to be grounds for a (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines) for all the things they ‘offer,’ such as 99 cent movies that they never fulfill. And they also offer a ‘chat’ option, just click on the icon in the lower right corner. There is no chat.......ANYWHERE, on any DirectTV site. Any attorneys out there? Bait and Switch. Illegal, no?

Chat is only available when there is a free agent. It does not have a hold or queue like when you call in. It was passed on in the forum that chat agents were reallocated to phone customer support because many call centers had to be closed temporarily because of Covid-19, so they are dealing with short staffing.
PPVs come in a variety of prices. I have seen $0.99 on occasion. There is no promise that low cost PPVs will always be available.
There is no bait and switch here. You are just expecting more than what the service says it is for.
