You can use the app on a phone or tablet. Whoever uses the app is up to you. However, there is no user level access or different password for the app. It is the same as logging into your account on the website. So they will have full control to make changes to your account if they choose.
Also the app is for viewing on mobile only. Casting/airplay to TV is not supported.
