I have chatted with 3 different people regarding the breaking of promises made and I am to the point of cancelling. Ever since AT & T took over, it's been one big headache, one lie after another and I'm sick and tired of it.

I was promised we'd receive an LCC because we still don't have KMEG and soon the season premiere of several tv shows on that channel will be starting soon. If I am not able to watch them, that will be the end of Directv/at&t!

We have been a loyal customer for several years and if this is the way you treat your customers, then you have no business being open. I was also told that some areas already have KMEG, but to me that makes no sense. Why would some areas have it and some not? I have been told so many lies, I am fed up!! I just keep getting the run-around, lie after lie, promise after promise and still nothing. I have been fighting this situation for a month and enough is enough. Somebody who actually knows something about his better fix it. None of the options below really matched what I am referring to, so had no choice but to pick one.

Different companies own the local channels so DTV hasn't reached an agreement with the owners of your KMEG.  All providers have this problem so moving is a short tern fix.

The LCC hasn't been released nationwide yet so it is unknown how many DTV has made so try calling/chatting again to get one.

I have tried chatting with them and can't get that to come up. I just can't believe how one person tells me one thing and another tells me something completely different. People need to get their stories straight.
