finding premium channels, e.g. HBO

I have been paying for premium channels for a while now. But I can't figure out how to access them. How to I find HBO etc.?

Each pack starts in the 500s.

HBO 501

Cinemax 515

Starz 525 / Encore 535 (Encore is available by itself without Starz)

Showtime 545

Also the Movies Extra Pack starts at 564.
