Fox and Friends time slot
Fox and Friends runs from 6 to 9 every morning. Since Thursday, Sept 1 instead of running for a full 3 hours at one time so you can record it, it is now running in 3, 1 hour increments. I have tried everything at my end including resetting the tv. Direct tv says its a Fox issue but friends with cable still get the program as a 3 hr show. Is anyone else having this issue? Or did I just screw up my remote? The reps at Direct tv have NO CLUE! and just want to blame fox but since cable customers don't have an issue, doesn't sount like its them. Help!

Well, in this case, DIRECTV is right. It isn’t their fault. It’s an issue with the Guide/broadcast which should be reported to the Guide creator and FOX NEWS.

@ditig_6 You would need to contact FOX News Network because they provide their viewing lineup to the companies that provide it to us. So if their schedule is wrong and they did not provide that update so that it could be updated on the guide it is on the network's end, not the TV provider's end. @detuch254 I 100% agree with you!

You can extend the stop time by 2 hrs or setup to record the additional programs until it is hopefully fixed.

We have Direct TV SATELLITE DISH with provider AT&T/FIOS TV. Monday thru Friday FOX & FRIENDS and the we have to record the 3 hour show in 3 one hour segments. Now FOX & FRIENDS WEEKEND is the same only 4 Four hour segments so we have to record the SERIES and ADD 3 ADDITIONAL HOURS so the the show records the total 4 hours.
But, today, September 26th the 1st hour of F&F at 6AM SAID .... "FOX & FRIENDS FIRST" so we have to check every day if anything changes.
I'm going to contact FOX COMPANY and complain today!
Stay tuned for updates...

That would be DirecTV. Yes it is a satellite provider, but Dish is another company.
FIOS is not AT&T. That is Verizon.
In any case, no TV provider has control over the individual network's chosen programming or their schedule. They just rebroadcast what is sent them.
