It isn’t removed for me. Are you using the older ‘DIRECTV on the Go’ application or the new all-in-one ‘DIRECTV’ application that combines both stream and satellite accounts?
The newer all-in-one ‘DIRECTV’ app has a dozen bugs so I recommend using the older app.
If you are using the older app, a few things you can try a reinstalling the application, restarting your device, re-entering your credentials, etc.

Remember you can try some troubleshooting steps also to solve issues with the new app, such as resetting the device, or try using the app on a different device. I am having the same issue. I have deleted and re-downloaded the older app twice after restarting my iPad. Still not able to watch Fox News on that device. I am however able to watch it on my iPhone? What would cause this problem?
@sprocket_pma perhaps there is an issue with the tablet version right now. Can’t be so sure. You can try downloading the individual ‘Fox News’ application from your device’s App Store and signing in with DIRECTV as TV provider.

There is no code but there is text. It reads as follows.
"This program is blacked out due to content restrictions. Please select another program to watch."
I will try the new app to see if there are any changes.
